New! We are now glad to be able to offer re-potting services to those of you who have their old Portalfex transformers and would like to keep the old cans original. This way your transformers will still match. Service includes:
Transformers are made in the USA by our good friends at Heyboer. CE component certified. Choose amp/transformer model below. 10 year warrant. Warranty is not valid when transformer is installed in non-stock circuits or circuits with any modifications. The one modification exception is the upgrading for the early B15N amps with 40ufx4 or 40x40x20x20uf multicaps to the later more stable filter section containing the 30u/600v (B+) combined with the 40x3@525v multicap. Warranty is also invalid if original filter capaacitors are used with the new transformer. If you are not sure of the condition of your amps originally circuitry, please contact us and we may be ablel to help identify any issues. To order simply checkout and pay using this listing. The shipping you pay at checkout will cover the return shipping when it is finished. We recommend USPS medium flat rate box as a fast and cost effective shipping method. Carefully pack up your old transformer (best to surround it in hard foam) and ship it to us with a copy of your order receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs.
