Terms and Conditions
- Any user participating in illegal or inappropriate conduct while using fliptops.net will be terminated from use of our site and proper authorities will be notified.
- Any unauthorized use of our images or site content without our consent will be terms for temination of use.
- We retain the right to refuse orders and shipment to any country we see as having unturstworthy shipping or postal service. We will refund any orders from these countries.

Most of the parts are warranted from manufacture defect for at least 30 days.
Tubes are warranted for 90 days.
Transformers: 3 years

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Any item can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund as long as they are returned in sellable condition with original packaging etc...
The exception is any cabinet work as most are built to order. We will of course accept returns if work did not meet the spec required. In this case we will most likely remake the item.
If we made a mistake and ship a wrong part we will in most cases refund your return shipping but you must ship items back via parcel post or first class mail. The exception is on some small inexpensive parts where we may tell you to just keep it and send along the correct part (3.00 and under). We do not send call tags on small items under 300.00.
If you order the wrong part you can return it within the 30 days. We have no restock fee as long as we get it back in sellable condition.
Please notify us of any return before shipping it back and include a copy of your invoice and note on requested action.

We offer shipping via USSPS (preferred shipper) and FedEx.
We take the extra step of upgrading your shipping method if we can do it cheaper and faster than one you've selected. This happens a lot with the advent of flat rate boxes at the post office. Most times you will not be notified of the change. You will receive a refund for any difference in price. We will even ship something Priority vs. Parcel and absorb t the slight overcharge. Over the years we've found most customers really appreciate this extra service. If you have a problem with a particular shipper let us know.
